We signed a Head of Agreement with Advario to explore establishing a t venture to develop and operate green energy and liquid bulk storage projects in the UAE and globally. The proposed t venture, which would be 51% owned by AD Ports Group and 49% by Advario, has the potential to unlock significant growth opportunities in the fields of clean energy alternatives and bulk chemicals storage by leveraging the partners’ complementary strengths, expertise, and market access. We have launched DOCKTOUR, our healthcare logistics t venture with Burjeel Holdings, at Make It In The Emirates. DOCKTOUR marks a bold expansion in healthcare logistics, aiming at redefining how medical services and infrastructure are delivered to communities across Africa. The platform was unveiled at the Burjeel Holdings booth, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Captain Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, Managing Director and Group CEO of AD Ports Group, and Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Founder and Chairman of Burjeel Holdings. AD Ports Group’s Noatum Logistics has opened its first robotically assisted refrigerated warehouse in the Portuguese capital, to serve our growing West Mediterranean logistics business. The launch is part of Noatum Logistics’ rollout of cold chain hubs to meet evolving market demand in Portugal and the strategically important West Mediterranean region.
