Nuestra historia comienza en 1987, cuando Pere Gallés, un panadero visionario, apostó por la tecnología del frío para satisfacer las necesidades de los consumidores y profesionales de la panadería y la restauración. Desde entonces, diferentes acontecimientos nos han llevado a convertirnos en una de las compañías más expertas y punteras del sector de las masas congeladas de pan, bollería, pastelería y snacks. Nuestra historia demuestra nuestros orígenes, los que están arraigados a la panadería tradicional. La perseverancia y el cuidado son nuestros aliados. La naturaleza, nuestra inspiración. Since then, different events have made us one of the most expert and cutting-edge bakery companies in the sector of frozen doughs for bread, viennoiseries, pastries and snacks. Our history reveals our origins, which are rooted in traditional baking. Perseverance and care are our best allies. Nature, our inspiration. Tradition, our starting point. But we are also non-conformists: innovation is our driving force, our mantra. We believe in persistence, in creativity, in dynamism.
