As a leading mining-tech organisation, we recognise our responsibility to engage with and the communities where our employees and customers live and operate. One way we do this is through our global volunteering opportunities. Each IMDEX employee can take one day of volunteering leave each year to volunteer at organisations that align with our values. Since we launched the program last year, we've seen over 10% of our workforce get involved, from clean-up days in Norway to fundraising walks in Ghana and cooking meals for people in need in Bulgaria and Australia. A big thanks to all of our volunteers, and the organisations that drive change in our communities.
