When we partnered with Trafilea Tech E-commerce Group, our shared goal was clear: develop a robust, data-driven forecasting solution to improve inventory planning, reduce stockouts and overstocking, and enable more strategic decisions across channels and markets. 📦 Through a combination of automated forecasting, SKU-level reconciliation, and advanced machine learning models, we helped drive: ✅ Between 10–40% cost reduction per month ✅ ~$1.5M projected annual savings (based on a conservative 25% reduction) ✅ 30% wMAPE on 5-month forecasts — a 10% improvement over manual methods ✅ Fully automated forecast at different levels covering +80% of products in DTC and Amazon ✅ Real-time dashboards for live forecast monitoring + forecast diff vs human decisions This transformation enabled Trafilea to optimize inventory allocation, improve performance tracking, and scale demand planning across styles, markets, and store domains (DTC and Amazon).
