Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is delighted to have ed Matmut as Sole Global Coordinator and t Bookrunner on its inaugural EUR 500mn Tier 2 issuance, in the context of its acquisition of HSBC Assurances Vie .   This inaugural issuance met a very strong reception, as highlighted by the books being 4.0x subscribed and the international demand.   Natixis CIB also acted as Rating Advisor to Matmut last year for their inaugural rating by Moody’s (A2 insurance financial strength, stable outlook).   Congratulations to Matmut on this very successful transaction and thank you for your trust in Natixis CIB.

The facility will ACWA Power’s continued global expansion driven by its mission to deliver affordable and reliable clean energy solutions that foster economic and social development. The facility will be used for the issuance of Green Guarantees related to large-scale renewable energy generation and storage projects globally.
