Safety at Radomsko is a shared responsibility. Employees across all departments actively engage in audits and behavioral observations, helping to identify risks and improve workplace safety. As 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘂𝘀𝘇 𝗕𝗼𝗴𝗱𝗮𝗻, EHS Manager, puts it: “This success belongs to all of us. When we work together, we create a safer environment. Bezpieczeństwo w Radomsku to wspólna odpowiedzialność. Pracownicy ze wszystkich działów aktywnie uczestniczą w audytach i obserwacjach behawioralnych, pomagając identyfikować zagrożenia i poprawiać warunki pracy.
