Patria has completed the full divestment of Entrevias, a 570 km highway asset in Brazil, by selling its remaining stake to global investor GIC. Created by Patria Infrastructure Fund III, Entrevias is a strong case of value creation through long-term investment and operational excellence. With over R$1.8 billion invested and a meaningful contribution to regional connectivity, the asset continues its journey with VINCI Highways and GIC.
