NEW INCORPORATION OF SOLAR PLANTS IN THE PORTFOLIO OF O&M SERVICES IN CHILE 🚀Revergy Chile continues to be a reference in O&M services since the beginning of this year. We are pleased to announce that, from our local offices, we have been awarded two new photovoltaic projects for operation and maintenance (O&M) services in the Atacama region. The two plants have a total capacity of 208 MWp, expanding our project portfolio to a total capacity of nearly 1.8 GWp in the first quarter of 2025. Our team will contribute its experience and knowledge to guarantee maximum efficiency and performance of these facilities, ensuring clean and renewable energy production for the region. We are responsible for managing the proper operation of the plant and electrical infrastructures with the of our control center and handling the necessary repairs for each major component during the warranty and post-warranty periods. As an ISP (Independent Service Provider), we work with a comprehensive approach to maximize the operability and lifespan of our facilities. REVERGY STARTS OWNER´S ENGINEERING SERVICES IN SEVERAL PLANTS IN SPAIN APPROACHING 9 GW REVERGY starts owner’s engineering services for solar and wind assets with its evacuation infrastructures for several clients in Spain. During the last quarter, almost 500MW have been incorporated in this line of business. REVERGY has a track-record of almost 9GW in owner’s engineering services where we perform this service in plants approaching one gigawatt of installed capacity. Our scope is the review of plant engineering and evacuation infrastructure as well as construction supervision up to the commissioning. A clear added value is that we have our own engineering team for the entire review phase, as well as an Operation and Maintenance line and an Asset Management line adding more than 14GW, which allows us to identify problems during the operation of the asset that could have been avoided during the construction phase. All this know-how is transferred to the construction review procedures (PPI). The level of procedures and automation has even led us to develop our own IT platforms (Sherlock) that guarantee the traceability of documentation, monitor pending incidents and generate reporting. REVERGY CONTINUES ITS EXPANSION IN CHILE AND CONSOLIDATES ITS LEADERSHIP IN BESS 🌱 This year 2025 has started with great momentum for Revergy Chile, consolidating our position as a benchmark in operation and maintenance of battery energy storage systems (BESS). In these first months of the year, our company has added almost 600 MWp to our portfolio of projects in operation and maintenance in this country, consolidating our position as a benchmark in the operation and maintenance of battery energy storage systems (BESS) with a strong presence in this market. Among our new projects, we highlight an innovative hybrid wind farm with lithium-ion battery storage, reaffirming our commitment to innovation and energy sustainability, innovation and energy sustainability. This project, located in the Atacama desert, combines more than 50 MWp of photovoltaic solar energy with storage, optimising energy management and reinforcing the stability of the grid. In addition, our company covers all the O&M scopes, including remote operation from our own Control Center located in Santiago. With this new project, we reached a new milestone: 2 GWp in existing O&M contracts in Chile which the rest of the assets that Revergy manages in other countries under operation and maintenance contracts, reaching more than 6GW.
