🔒 How is private security perceived around the world? 🔒 According to the International Security Ligue's Global Security Barometer 2025, the number of private security officers exceeds that of public police in many countries. This alone highlights the vital role a respected private security industry plays in a nation's overall security governance. Yet, the public image doesn’t always match the reality. Stereotypes still persist, and the work of today’s security professionals - which is often technical, diverse, and business-minded - doesn’t always get the recognition it deserves. As stated in the report, the median global rating for public perception was 67.5/100.
