En este espacio de intercambio global, exploramos nuevas rutas para impulsar un cambio real, combinando tecnología, ciencia, cooperación internacional y acción concreta. Un intercambio donde las conversaciones no se quedan en el qué, sino que profundizan en el cómo: cómo repensar sistemas alimentarios más seguros, ágiles y transparentes, alineados con los desafíos reales de hoy.
