It’s more than just a slogan – it’s a responsibility we take very seriously. Safety is at the heart of everything we do – not only for our clients, but also for our own team. As CEO, this is a cause that is especially close to my heart. But how do we ensure that the health and safety of our employees always come first? 🪪 Personal Commitment Cards: These are being rolled out across the company as a visible promise to prioritize safety. They give every employee the responsibility to speak up when they encounter unsafe conditions. 🗣️ Safety Culture Training Initiative: In 2025 and 2026, we are conducting a global training initiative that includes leadership development and an Ambassador Program to deeply embed a safety-first mindset across all levels of our workforce. We are also using regular employee surveys to track the impact of these efforts. What we’ve achieved already in 2024: ✅ 2.798 workplace inspections in 2024. ✅ Mandatory safety training for all 26.000 employees. ✅ A 12 % reduction in workplace accidents resulting in lost workdays in 2024 compared to 2023.
