Look carefully into lead conversion by activity type/source (e.g.: online campaigns; events; webinars; demo requests; gated content s etc) in order to determine what converts better from MQL down to Oppties. and Closed Deals. And, if you can, hire someone with a lot of experience in revenue ops.
