    TDE, Digital Transformation Entel (Chile and Peru) - consists on a Business Transformation program for B2C and B2B, levering innovated Product & Services, producing a world class customer experience (customers and emotions) through the most efficient organization in the LATAM (paperless, seamless and peopleless) ed on the best in class IT landscape (innovation & best practices), allowing an agile, simple, seamless and disruptive Experience (Entel Lovers).
    The implementation program involved a team more than 1.000 people from all Entel (BUs, IT, etc..), partners (Ericsson and Oracle) and several vendors, with more than 24 nationalities introducing a complete new organization, in IT and in the Business Units (BU), full Agile and full DevOps. In IT the strategy implemented - beside DevOps approach implemented - allows game change regarding vendors lock in!
    The new IT landscape full replace all BSS (Business Systems) and OSS (Operation Systems) ecosystem with components from Ericsson Stack (CBiO, EDA and EAI), Oracle Stack (Siebel, Loyalty, WFM, OCDM, ATG), WeDo Stack (RAiD), BMC (ITSM) in the Backend (systems of record), Broadcom (API)/Oracle (SOA) in (integration) and OutSystems (low-code platform in Apps, OE Stores, SelfCare, www) in all Frontend (systems of engagement).
    This framework for Digital Transformation also includes the process model and the information model that helps any operator to adapt the organization to new challenges under the TMForum standards.

    The TTXXI Program was implemented in East Timor (Timor Telecom) and consisted in the installation and customization of the Telco-in-a-box integrated solution, based on the international references of TMForum, presented in the Frameworx designation, with an underlying process model, an information model and aplicational components model implemented in Oracle technology in Business Systems (BSS) (Siebel CRM, BRM and AIA), in PT Inovação e Sistemas technologies in OSS (Operations Systems), NGIN (Next Generation Intelligent Network), and WebSelfCare, and SAP (ERP), as well as an integration model that PT developed and maintains in a functional and integration referential. Additionally it was implemented a BI (Business Intelligence Platform). In parallel with this IS transformation, a data center and a new call center were built.
    Complementary to the IS/IT initiatives, the work dynamic of Timor Telecom was the focus of TTXXI Program. Simultaneous to the implementation of IS/IT initiatives, the design of new Business Processes began taking into three fundamental principles: Client Orientation, Operational Efficiency and alignment with the Technological Architecture. The new Business Processes is based on the “PTom” model, adapted from the PT Portugal (PTP) and from the reference process model of the Communications industry, eTOM (Enhanced Telecom Operations Map). The use of framework “PTom” contributed towards the desired reinforcement of the operational alignment between the companies of the PT universe.
