  • Brazil 2002 Election

    Coordination and execution of the project for Brazil 2002 election on Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul State. Services include operation in all cities in both states during 3 months (including Election Day) and corrective and preventive maintenance in electronic urn. Management of a team of 2.700 persons (field engineers, supervisors and manager) covering hiring, training, service delivery, customer satisfaction meeting and payment.
