«I had the chance to directly manage Camila in two different occasions. The first, when we were in need of a strong backend engineer for the Mobile Team. She was the first and only one at that time. Within a couple of weeks of work, I was completely impressed by her skills, her willing to learn and grow, and the honest desire to help. The second time, at the Drayage Team - a team that we had built from scratch - she not only continued to show the very same amazing skills but now also eager for more. She kept growing and growing.
