«Cristian ed Eventbrite at the very early stages of a transition from a mostly manual to mostly automated testing. The team, outside of Cristian, were less technical and were working through the challenge of learning to code while also carrying out their daily responsibilities (vetting requirements, coordinating manual testing, triaging bugs, etc). Cristian was a patient and effective mentor to his teammates right away. As we began to establish automated testing frameworks and more of our roap became tooling and enablement work relating to automation - Cristian took the lead on many of our most critical initial initiatives - writing the first functions and scripts that would , create events, and create orders within our UI testing infrastructure (using Cypress/Typescript). Cristian was exactly the mix of patient mentor and effective engineer we needed and I would recommend him strongly to any organization with any range of QA process maturity.»
