What does a business development manager do?
A Biz Dev role is an interesting one, you usually is responsible to drive either new business on existing customers , the other way around or new business into new markets which is really where the role can shine when successful. The challenge is to make the first wins or results to test the approach, before the roll out or full deployment of a strategy.

How can quizzes and assessments be used as effective lead magnets?
In my experience, at first, quizzes can be useful if the topic being presented is well known already. Trying to test someone's knowledge on something they have not heard yet can be difficult. Assessments on the other hand seem more friendly, as they can be the beginning of a journey of learning.
