    Reporting directly to IT Director, with active participation in the planning and compliance of the guidelines, from the understanding and feasibility of the project, allocation of resources, elaboration of schedules, control, homologation, training, deployment and quality. Project implemented in forums and prosecutions of the city of São Paulo and later throughout the state.
