      Implemented new features, configs and fixes for a platform with 60+ countries and 10 languages along with my team.

      Highlights:
      -> Position Generic Object opt-in enablement - Multiple positions for a single job requisition.
      This feature allowed mass recruiting/hiring in Global Yara.

      -> Global system adoption (Multiple position + other features):

      Tech lead since July, 2020 for global recruiting and onboarding (SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB).

      Took part as technical leader since its preparation until blue print's phase.

      -> New developments:
      Implemented new functionalities such as a new retirement plan (BN/PY), mass maintenance
      of salary increase (CM), new program to calculate profit sharing (CM/PY) and others.

      -> HCM/EH&S Transition:
      Segregation of HCM/EH&S activities from the New Developments Team.
