    Aumentar a assertividade entrega de chamadas para célula de atendimento humano mais adequada, diminuir transferências e aumentar capacidade de atendimento
    Melhorar experiência do cliente na utilização da URA
    Reduzir o abandono e reincidência na URA

    Resultados Alcançados
    Redução de 30% no tempo médio de navegação do cliente na URA, equivalente a 58 segundos
    (de 03:21 para 02:23 min)
    Redução de 5 p.p. nas transferências de chamadas no CRM. De 30,8% em maio para 25,8% em agosto/setembro. Considerando a participação do projeto neste resultado e o custo de chamadas, ganho de R$ 4,9 mm/ano em redução de chamadas.
    Aumento de 10 p.p. na avaliação realizada pelo cliente (Pesquisa Top Box). Avaliação boa e ótima de 45% para 55%.
    Redução de 2p.p. no abandono de chamadas na URA.
