«Eli is one of the few intuitive test engineers I’ve known. He was able to grasp the nuances of our platform and the integrated ISPs very quickly, definitely a testament to his strong technical aptitude. From the QA team, it is sometimes difficult to have a good relationship with the developers – they don’t like to hear that you’ve found even more bugs in their code. Eli was extremely successful in developing those good relationships and working closely with developers and Product Management. What stood out most for me however was Eli’s interest and commitment to understanding and expanding his (and the team’s) contributions to the company’s goals. Overall, Eli has one of the brightest and congenial personalities of anyone I’ve met. His care for the company, product and for his teammates is clear. He’s the only colleague I’ve had who can break the product and build a relationship at the same time.»
