I am personally ionate about disruptive innovations that improve the health and sustainability of lives around the world. I look to meet like-minded people across sectors - fashion, consumer health, eCommerce, ESG, pharmaceutical, supermarket, retail, government, and NGOs - with the goal to transform daily life through consumer-centric technologies and solutions.
I help transform the fashion and health industries with more sustainable solutions for women’s intimate needs - from menstruation to maternity and incontinence. As an executive with more than 20 years working with health and consumer businesses, I lead the strategic vision and development of Pantys as the first and only clinically approved menstrual underwear solution in the market today. Our patented technology is proven safe, effective and improves quality of life for women with more freedom, comfort, productivity and confidence.
I work to build partnerships with fashion, pharmacy, and supermarket retailers to help bring innovation and educate consumers on sustainable solutions for women. Each woman consumes up to 16,000 disposable menstrual products throughout her life which take more than 500 years to decompose. Our reusable menstrual underwear, bras, and apparel solutions are creating a future with more comfort, style, sustainability, and economy with a durability of more than 100 washes.
As a leader in ESG, we are also a certified B Corporation and a pioneer in promoting carbon literacy in fashion with the first carbon labels in the Brazilian apparel industry. I work with governmental and nonprofit organizations to fight menstrual poverty with product donations and education programs in developing countries. I strongly believe that reusable products, like Pantys, will be the key to ending menstrual poverty around the world. I am also thrilled to be a part of the UN Global Compact and Leaders with Impact as the Brazil spokesperson for the SDG #12: Responsible Consumption and Production.
I love building communities as a digitally-native brand with one of the largest references for E-Commerce in Brazil and social communities in our segment globally. We are obsessed with customer experience and actively collaborate with our customers as a source of innovation and co-creation to build the products of tomorrow. As an engineer, I am eager to work hands-on with our community and turn their unmet needs into solutions. As an Endeavor entrepreneur, it is a privilege to innovate in the women’s health segment for other women and serve them as a resource and mentor.
