You're struggling with tight software update deadlines. How do you prioritize testing tasks effectively?
Production High Criticals are at first for our QA to tackle and analyse, live code affecting our s is what we cannot allow us to live with. Then, we have release process, so let the QA to focus on completing all task needed to have a stabilized candidate version, regressions (manual or automated)+ bugFixing. Once those task are completed we can back to our daily delivery task and validate new features to be sure our new deliverables are with high quality before integrate them back to integartion branch. Would be nice to have time to also save some time to dedicate effort to reduce manual work and automate and repetitive tasks like smokes and regressions suites, and also mantain those scripts up and running.
