What are the risks of product development?
Some ideas on market fit: 1.Find a solution for a audience problem: Find the product audience by making sure the product can solve a problem of an specific group. 2. Measure the value a and the usage: Is the product truly solving this and that problem? Will people truly use it? How much usage are we getting? Is it enough to achieve market fit? 3. Discovery Continuous: Never ending research is key to maintain usage rates and satisfaction. Make sure every feature is truly aligned with the product outcome and needs.

There are several ways to avoid technical debt within product sprints: 1. Well written and refined product stories: product stories are the core of a well aligned product team. They should be written by the PM/PO as a result of the common refinement effort of a product trio (UX/UI,Developers,PM/PO) and they have to have very clear goals, context, acceptance criteria and o so on. 2. Agile sprint governance: Sprints should be governed by a series of rules within the the kanban board. For instance, stories should not be allowed to enter the development stage without meeting DOR demands. 3. Test it all: DOD's, Approval environment testing,QA testing, PM/PO testing and so on. No stories should be going to production without testing

What are the risks of product development?
When building product roap and new features, It's essencial to focus on priorities. These priorities could be organized by financial quarters Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4. A Product manager must understand what are the main product outcomes ( priorities) that should be reached on each quarter and which features should be prioritized in order to avoid Scope Creep or a product ''Build Trap''. For that you would need a well planed product road map which may be achieved by investing on great research practices and building a product centered culture within stakeholders.
