How can teams reach consensus in conflict situations?
When the conflict is unholdable, it is time to become a mediator. Create a enviroment for the "adversarys" expose they conserns in front of each other. Give them time to dissert what is hurting and what goals was not archieve because of actitudes of the other. You can do this with retro tecniques or simple meeting. The most important is the mediador dont let them argue...just put they points. After that, the two sides (and you) shold undertand the points off view and open space for empaty. Finaly, the mediator must have the hability to list the trade offs and proove to them that it is a comunication problem...because always is. If it dont work, its because the problem is not the work, it is personal. So it is a HR problem. Scalate it!

What are the best ways for software developers to maintain their mental health?
Telling them that there are things that you have control and things that you dont`t. Dispende your energies where you have control to make it happen. Don`t burn energy trying to convence people, trying to be recognized, trying to change a hole culture. Be pacient with your fights. Everything that envolves human agreement takes time and lots of plan and strategy changing. Learn to love your mistakes and trying diferent decisions. You can`t change life if you keeping doing the same things. bonus: Invest time to improove your comunication skills. Make yourself being undestood is the hack of mental health issues

How can you stay up-to-date with programming languages and frameworks for system development?
Make your computer work for you. But how? - sign feeds. Every article, news that meets you reading style usualy is inside a feed. Sign it. The most important thing is to open your email with lots of quick reading sugestions. - Follow people that like to share knowlegment. Skip the self promotion and successful carrers profiles - Try to write about your learnings. Write anywhere. Linkedin, instagram, company chat, colleages chat. Short text, big text...just practice writing e ask about been understood - If you listen any word or subject that you don`t understand. Don`t fake that you are following. Ask about it, open google and read about it. ...and make it a rotine.

What are the best ways to train engineers on communication and leadership skills?
I go with the observation and menthoring way. Follow all the texts and calls and give s. If that person does not positionate, incentivate him to do it. Just don`t forget to give the Whys on your , with as many experiences and cases as possible. Teach them to pay more atention on people react instead of think too much what to say. If that person learn to comunicate and influence, the leadership soft skills will grow naturale
