Here's how you can manage unexpected delays or setbacks that affect your brand strategy project deadlines.
As I wrote in the first topic there are some strategies we can use to bring the plan back on track. My favorite one is to use off shore resources and use the timezone in order to gain labour hours. However, also is possible to work with the team in overtime, that's is not my favorite strategy but sometimes is necessary. Also we can analyze the project plan and make use of some reschedule activities without jeopardize the original plan.

Here's how you can manage unexpected delays or setbacks that affect your brand strategy project deadlines.
The first analysis to be done is the cause of this delay and how this are impacting the plan. The important thing is identify the error to generate an action plan to fix. An action plan, basically, corresponds to understanding the problem, placing the right people in the analysis and generating activities to solve the problem. To bring the schedule back to the original timeline is necessary to performed some strategies such as: bringing new features to the project, use resources off shore and earn more labour hours using the timezone in our favor or work with the team already allocated in Overtime.
