    When I was hired, they told me that I was responsible of all the company fleet cars and their polities.
    This process was very manual and the control process was not functional, so the first thing that i had to do was develop new processes and get the best and easy control as possible.
    After this, I started to understand how everything happens to find an opportunity to creat an project. The fleet cars contract was ending, so I started to study a new cost reduction to the company. The first thing that i thought was: We really need 18 cars? (fictive number). So, I made a study of cars utilization and I identified that we could to decrease 30% of our cars, so, I provided an cost reduction, besides, the price of a contract renovation with our fleet car provider would be 15% higher than the actual amount that we pay, so, i identified another opportunity, an cost avoidance opportunity. I started to a lot of providers and I got a little bit lower price than we pay, with the same cars. After all, I provided to the company a cost reduction of R$ 62.000,00/year, and an cost avoidance of R$ 20.900,00/year, totalizing a annual gain of R$ 82.900,00.

    Workday is a HR information system with all the employee information and it is possible to get interface with payroll system and a lot of others interfaces, as training control, development system, career planing, etc.

    Responsible to the Workday system implementation. I had to understand the system and be trained to this task.
    I had weekly meetings with Borgwarner Corporate (US HR team) to get and compile all the informations to in the system, this action was the first step of this implementation.
    After this, I had to explain all the calculation rules of payroll system and benefits of the company to input in the system.
    The third part of this project was to create the interface with payroll system to garantee the perfect working of this communication, so I had a lot of meetings with IT team (Brazilian and US team). It was a big project and it needed much of hard work, but everything was sucessfully done and today the system is working perfectly.
