Working as part of the core staff since 2018, from its conception to their editions. Mostly part of my job, aside from working with the whole staff with the event planning and many tasks, I've developed most of my work on system development for and during the event in the system infrastructure and networks, sound and video production assets and livestream of the event.

Since its inception, Argentina FurFiesta has always brought the community together to celebrate the Furry Fandom. We honor the tradition of giving back to society, and in unity, we have achieved incredible things such as donating over 12,000 USD to organizations like Bocalan Argentina, Rotitos del Alma, Adopciones Quilmes, and the Asociación Contra el Maltrato Animal.

The San Lorenzo Participatory Budgeting platform was an open-source project developed by Virtuágora in collaboration with Democracia en Red and SantaLab (Santa Fe Citizen Participation Laboratory) for the Municipality of San Lorenzo in the Province of Santa Fe, Argentina.

What is the Project Creating Networks?

The "Creating Networks" project is an initiative funded by ISOC's Beyond the Net - Medium/Large Grants program. Its objective is to map the current initiatives and organizations that involve young people and information and communication technologies around the world. In addition to the mapping, the project aims to organize capacitation sessions webinars and workshops.

Ciudades Comunes 2020 was an online meeting to rethink the co-construction of cities in response to the global health crisis caused by COVID-19. The event digitally brought together people, collectives, and organizations from civil society, the private and public sectors that drive urban transformation actions, listening to and valuing their local community.

It served as the headquarters for the 4th Placemaking Latin America Argentina 2020 Encounter. These types of meetings annually bring together hundreds of people from the region with experience in citizen innovation and urban experimentation, interested in the co-construction of local democracy and strengthening everyday life in public space. World and regional leaders from across Latin America in sociology, architecture, politics, design, communication, activism, etc., provided their diversity of knowledge and shared experiences in implementing projects that positively impact the urban environment of cities. A virtual space developed within the framework of the initiative "Foundations for Reform: A Constitution for Santa Fe," which aims to stimulate citizen participation, the exchange of information, and debate about the most relevant contents or aspects that a New Provincial Constitution should consider.

Together with the Innovation Lab of the Province of Santa Fe and other actors from the Government of the Province of Santa Fe, we implemented a new instance of Virtuagora within the "Foundations for Reform" platform so that citizens can debate the central themes of the constitutional reform of the Province. These discussions will be gathered as "foundations" for the law that will declare the need for the reform of the provincial Constitution. This initiative was represented by the officials in charge of the Undersecretariat of Public Innovation of the Ministry of Government and State Reform, along with the governor of the province, Miguel Lifschitz.

It is necessary to reflect in the Santa Fe Constitution the institutional advancements and the recognition of new rights that have emerged over the last 50 years. As part of a consultation process with society, a platform was developed to ensure that all voices and perspectives can participate in the process, so that the future reform convention has the greatest possible social legitimacy.
