    "The Future of Talent" is an interactive virtual platform to provide exposure to startups, entrepreneurs & companies sharing their vision around "The future of work", fostering the digital innovation ecosystem in the region. We invite influencers, experts and executives to talk about the human capital trends and CEO/Founders of digital startups offering innovative solutions on talent-related matters.

    In the last couple of years, the digital "boom" of startups offering innovative solutions on talent processes has been exponential. The cultural and digital transformation in organizations has been accelerated by the pandemic, along with re-thinking the way we work (what, where and why). Purpose driven organizations, hybrid workplaces, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and the re-design of the employee journey experience, are now core elements of the people strategy and "top of the agenda" topics at the C-Level.

    It is the perfect moment to bring new digital HR-solutions to organizations, accelerate the digital transformation in all people processes, and strengthen the connection between the digital innovation ecosystem with companies while moving together towards "The future of work".
