Latin Code Week is an educational program by JA for high-school students across 11 countries in Latin America. In the 2019 edition in Brazil, 40+ students ed us at SAP Labs during 4 days of training and mentoring, where they could learn more about landing jobs, interpersonal skills, entrepreneurship, and prototyping applications. Their challenge was to develop a solution to help teenagers in school dropout situation.

In 2017 I ed the Vocational Training program, an internship experience in which students have their performance evaluated at the end of eight months. The criteria are: manager assessment emphasizing the impact for SAP locally and/or globally, being role model and inspiring others, contributions and interactions with VT department, respecting deadlines and following processes, showing commitment, teamwork and ownership with tasks.
