«I was the product manager for a set of services that Kalvin and another engineer were building. Kalvin was highly collaborative both with the engineer and the product manager on his team. He easily understood the business context, asking excellent questions to tease out details, and effectively applied that knowledge to solutioning and implementation decisions. He also raised issues with technical decisions that could impact undefined non-functional requirements, explaining technical concepts in a way that was easy for less technical people to understand. All of this made Kalvin a dream to work with for a product manager.»
