How do you leverage social proof and testimonials to your value proposition?
A testimonial creates that deep connection/rapport we need to translate our sales pitch. The audience will feel as if they are not alone with the issues they are facing and the customers that did the testimonial will feel very valuable.

How do you choose the best sales content distribution channels for your target audience?
Most of the content management tools available today have an option to track the usage of assets. You can start with an A/B test on the sales team. A part of the team has access to the tool and other people don't. Track their results. You can also do focus groups to understand how they are using the materials and what they like/dislike on the way is set up.

How do you choose the best sales content distribution channels for your target audience?
Research your audience as if they were a buyer persona. In the end, they are your internal customer. Spend some time with them, and watch what the day-to-day of the position looks like. Being in their shoes is the best way to start and create meaningful and useful content.
