    Led the digital strategic planning and the transformation program in a large education company in Brazil. The program designed and deployed a new innovation architecture, a new analytics capability, a new enterprise architecture function, a lean portfolio management and an agile technology delivery capability at organizational scale. This is one of the largest agile transformations in Brazil.

    Led the digital transformation program for a large telecommunications company in Brazil. The program deployed a set of digital capabilities, from field-service management to customer data analytics, including a data-enabled, integrated sales and operations planning. The program increased company's EBITDA by more than 7 p.p.

    Led the IT strategic planning for a large insurance company in Brazil, diagnosing the current IT environment (architecture and operations) and proposing a roap of initiatives to improve the way IT s the changing business. The client is now following the plan.

    Led the analysis of efficiency opportunities in architecture and IT initiatives for three lines of the wholesale banking business (treasury, investment banking and wealth management) of a large Brazilian bank. This study brought to the table a set of more than 20 opportunities. The top three, now under progress in the bank, sum up more than US$ 20 MM.

    Led the Enterprise Architecture planning for the Wealth Management division of a large Brazilian bank, assessing the current architecture, defining the future architecture principles and building blocks and communicating it for the business and IT executives of the bank. The plan derived various initiatives implemented by the bank.

    Led the analysis of the application platform to the new Revenue ing operating model in the merge of two big airlines in Latin America. The project was executed in Chile.

    Led the Program Management Office setup and ran the office responsible for managing the core banking transformation program for a large Brazilian bank. At the peak the program engaged more than 400 FTEs working in more than 50 projects running in parallel.

    Defined and helped the implementation of the IT Governance bodies and events, including changes in the organizational structure, for a large Brazilian bank.

  • IT Industrialization

    Defined the strategy, design and implementation of the IT Industrialization Model, focused on the definition of the operating model, the improvement of the software development lifecycle and the deployment of an integrated management capability for the solution delivery initiatives in a large Brazilian bank. The proposed model scaled up to more than 500 FTEs, including certified providers, and brought more than 20% of efficiency to the IT solution delivery process.

    Led the Enterprise Architecture and Industrialization strategy, governance and operating model design, including organizational structure redesign and implementation, for a large Brazilian bank. The entire Enterprise Architecture and Industrialization area had more than 400 FTEs.

    Worked in the identification of IT operating efficiency and cost reduction opportunities for a large Brazilian bank. With a baseline of US$ 1.5bi, the program showed potential savings around 12%.
