«Lisia and I worked together for two years in a very fast paced growth company in the book business. During these two years we faced several challenges together, and having her by my side was crucial to achieve our very challenging goals. Lisia always had a keen eye for talents, during the recruitment process she always made sure that they knew about the software engineering culture we were building, challenges and opportunities and could even discuss technicalities with the candidates. She kept our recruitment process friendly and transparent without losing its accuracy. Of course recruiting it's just the first step of building a high performance team. Lisia was constantly helping to improve our IT team and our culture. She was always paying attention to and bringing good insights on how we could optimize our team member's expectations with the company's best interests. Whenever we couldn't find the right answer she was always proactive to find other managers and external references so we could hear from other's experience and adapt to our scenario. Lisia also played an important role in building and rolling out the IT culture we had envisioned following the best practices in of teams, processes, products and engineering. Her ability to read people and situations allowed us to prepare and guide difficult conversations to a successful outcome. I learned so much working with Lisia. In the future, when I have the need to build a high performance IT team, with loads of talents, a great culture and an awesome product I'm definitely calling her.»
