    Leading the team in an implementation of a highly functioning, real time, activity stream service along with a matching eco-system. The service, along with the snippet (imagine an abstract 'like' button) and the module (the stream itself), provide an entire set of features to drive engagement at National Geographic. A great example is found in the project url, which gives an example of the snippet in action - and you can also see the service itself at as.nationalgeographic.com

    Building on top of previous work that the team I worked with did, we took National Geographic Favoriting data and output it on a 's public profile. This includes features to disable the function if the did not want this data public. The feature itself outputs objects that you as a Favorite on National Geographic sites, and is real time capable, and is referred to as "The Activity Stream Module" in the context of our larger efforts. All of these projects are as well Open Source and…
