Desenvolvimento do Projeto Botão do Pânico, plataforma tecnológica composta de Hardware e Software que promove a fiscalização de medidas protetivas em favor de mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica através da utilização de um dispositivo eletrônico dotado de GPS. Projeto de repercussão nacional que apresentou resultados positivos perante a sociedade. Vencedor do prêmio Innovare 2013.

The "Panic Button" project received the Innovare 2013 award in the Court category. The initiative started in Espírito Santo and a pioneer in Brazil, was recognized during a ceremony held at the Federal Supreme Court (STF), in Brasília.
The Panic Button was praised by the retired minister of the Superior Federal Court (STF) and president of the Superior Council of the Innovare Institute, Carlos Ayres Britto. For the judge of the highest Court in the country, in 10 years since the award…The "Panic Button" project received the Innovare 2013 award in the Court category. The initiative started in Espírito Santo and a pioneer in Brazil, was recognized during a ceremony held at the Federal Supreme Court (STF), in Brasília.
The Panic Button was praised by the retired minister of the Superior Federal Court (STF) and president of the Superior Council of the Innovare Institute, Carlos Ayres Britto. For the judge of the highest Court in the country, in 10 years since the award, this was one of the best projects recognized for its simplicity and effectiveness in monitoring the Maria da Penha Law. Minister Nancy Andrighi also pointed out that since the foundation of the Innovare project, the Panic Button project was the best practice presented until that year.
About the Panic Button project:
The Panic Button program selects victims of domestic violence in Espírito Santo, the state with the highest rate of domestic violence in Brazil, and gives them the device that locates them immediately when triggered, in case the aggressors try to approach, disobeying court orders. Vitória Municipal Guard agents, selected for the service, are fully available to respond immediately to demands, through the Maria da Penha Patrol.
Given the high rate of violence against women in Espírito Santo, many protective measures were disobeyed and victims were repeatedly attacked. The Panic Button gave victims the power to react immediately and the assurance that they would be attended to immediately in case of danger. Justice notifications are no longer treated as just a sheet of paper and the aggressor creates the awareness that he will not go unpunished.
The initiative was born from a partnership between the State Judiciary of ES, the Municipality of Vitória and the National Institute of Preventive Technology (INTP), signed during the istration of the judge President Pedro Valls Feu Rosa.
