«I had the pleasure of Lucia's as the lead for my talent acquisition team for close to 2 years, hiring for close to 2 dozen roles. Lucia is an amazing TA partner. She took time up front to understand not only the job description itself as it is written but what (I as) the hiring manager is really looking for, so that she can put herself in the hiring manager's shoes and be a true extension for them. She took this extra time asking questions and diving into the detail, so that as she sourced candidates or reviews applications, she could be most effective at the start of a hiring process and be able to present to the hiring manager those candidates that would have the most chance for success for moving forward in the process. Once she completed her initial discussions with a candidate, she provided not only the resume, but also her thoughts on strengths and weaknesses and why she thought that they would be a valuable asset to the team. Once a candidate moved forward in the hiring process, she followed up regularly to ensure that the process moved along at pace. Ensuring candidates are happy with the process is just as important to her as ing hiring managers. When a decision was made regarding a candidate, her follow up was prompt. Throughout all of this, she provided weekly status reports on where we stood with each role, providing clear quantifiable KPIs that helped us have line of sight to where we are in the process. It was a true pleasure working with her and I hope to have the opportunity to do so again should our paths cross in the future.»
