Performing an assessment of the Orizon´s process, mapping all the inputs, procedures and outcomes, helping to define the best solution for the client´s environment of MicroStrategy.

An official training was given for the client Bradesco, being that this approaches about best market practices and how to improve the experience with the HP PPM (HP Project and Portfolio Management Center), with more focus at the demand, project, time, financial and portfolio management modules.

Responsible for the project management and organizing data´s forum for discussing necessary data and prioritizing the backlog for ingestion on the Big Data Platform (Hadoop). Also responsible for helping key s with Hive queries and other technical questions related to the customer business.

Project of the main indicators of the colombian retailer Cencosud, being responsible for the rebranding of the iPhone´s mobile application, development of reports, dossiers and documents; also providing technical for the others of the staff.

Project of the main commercial indicators of Vivo / Telefônica, one of the biggest telecommunications companies at Brazil.

The CDW (Clinical Data Warehouse) project comprehended the creation of several reports to show medical utilization data and costs about companies that have the Amil´s medical plans and also some KPIs of these beneficiaries. With this, the directorate of the company can take decisions based on these information. Also, for this project, were indicated the best practices of the data model design to better attend the reports, focusing on the data itself and on performance.

A PoC (Proof of Concept) was made to show the Transaction Services feature of the MicroStrategy platform, enabling the input of data, by a mobile device, of the ´s data on a form. This form is used by the analysts of the company to input visitation data and satisfaction evaluation of the companies that have medical plans of the organization.

Actuating as the leader and architect of The Health On Hands´s project, a mobile dashboard (iPad) was created to show several KPIs of the client, such as the number of patients that were attended on the hospitals, the hospitalized patients, among others, the health of these KPIs and further information (drill downs) when tap the indicators. At Kallan Modas, the MicroStrategy 10.1 version was deployed and configured for the client. A Quick Start project was created with the main analysis used by the client, such as sales and purchases´s data. After the development of the project, an On Hands training was given to the key s of the application.

The Odebrecht´ Project had the first implementation of the Deploy Management of the HP PPM in Brazil. The HP PPM was integrated with the Help Desk tool used on the Odebrecht, known by the name Qualitor. The CVC´s Project had the implementation and customization of the Demand Management, Time Management and Project Management, according with the strategy and the goals of the client. Also, many portlets were created for new indicators on this project. Trainings were applied for the colaborators, explaining the how-to use the tool, the business processes and the change management for the use.
