How can binary search algorithm improve time complexity?
Binary search optimal use is for sorted arrays with little or no duplicated elements, and a somehow linear distribution. The bigger the duplication, the worst it will perform. Other thing to consider is when you have additional information on your data. With additional information you can change initial parameters, or the number or the number of idexes to improve performance even more, considering the medium case

How can you prepare for the future of data science?
Data science is a game of big numbers. Performance is more important on data science than on most of other IT areas. You need to be very familiar with the best and most used algorithms, and also familiar with the best scenario for each one. You won't have the same approach every time, and some problems you even have to divide, apply different solutions and then merge the data together. When we are dealing with billions or trillions of entries, every inch of performance matters, and you need to be able to understand complexity of everything you apply

How can you prepare for the future of data science?
Ultimately, a data scientist is responsible for insights and information generated from data. It's important to focus not only on the data you already have, but be open and curious for analysing data that is not so obvious. It's important to try, to ask other areas opinion, to have a different view on what data potentially can be useful on analysis. This will be the difference between the good data scientist and the great data scientist
