«I have worked with Marcelo for 2+ years and it has been a pleasure to see the impact he's had on Cohley, both from a technology and culture standpoint. Being one of our first engineers he was brought into an unstructured, figure it out as you go, organization for which he fully embraced the challenges. He was routinely tasked to build MVP's with little direction and tight timelines. His ability to understand the business challengers we were solving, while equally probing and asking difficult questions, allowed him to succeed in the role.
