  • Application of Three-Phase Vacuum Reclosers for Capacitor Bank Switching

    This paper presents application considerations for three-phase vacuum reclosers when used for capacitor bank switching. To recloser performance, tests were conducted in two laboratories: CEPEL Brazil, and Thomas. A. Edison Test Center USA.
