As Tech Lead, I was responsible for leading the front-end development efforts on the project, which was created to fulfill some key objectives:

    - Consistency: Design Systems provides a set of predefined guidelines, components, and patterns that ensure consistency across all digital products. It establishes a unified visual language, creating a cohesive and harmonious experience. Consistency improves brand recognition, reduces cognitive load for s, and instills a sense of reliability and professionalism.

    - Efficiency: Design Systems promote efficiency by offering a library of reusable components and assets. Designers and developers can leverage these pre-built elements, saving time and effort in creating and maintaining consistent UI elements. This efficiency translates into faster development cycles, streamlined workflows, and accelerated time-to-market for new products or features.

    - Collaboration and Communication: Design Systems act as a common language between design and development teams. Designers and developers can work together seamlessly, reducing misunderstandings, iterations, and rework. This collaboration improves efficiency and promotes a shared understanding of design intent and technical implementation.
