Since I wasn't very familiar with Terraform when I was starting, Marcelo mentored me on Terraform and other job-related skills. He is very meticulous and pays attention to detail, always looking for the best solution. Besides leading the DevOps team, his mentoring helped me learn a lot in a short period of time. Even though I was a beginner, he really treated me like his equal, always looking to find a way to include me in different projects, if not to directly participate in them, then to at least share something interesting he found out during the process. He is genuinely a great guy, nice to be around and a wealth of knowledge.»
