Objective: improve TPE through a single repositor portal of information, documentation and systems necessary for the development of the partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, choosing supplier, budget control and schedule;
- Define content structure and functionality by type of partner / access rules and profile: products, programs, campaigns and promotions, news, marketing materials, training;

Description: Implement an extended sales force team to sales growth and channel capillarity planning.
Objective: increase sales volume enhacing model of attention to partners with regionalized field sales team;
Responsibilities:
- Definition of the project scope, choice of supplier, approval and control of the budget, control the execution schedule;
- Definition and implementation of regionalized attention model, partner portfolio, scope of activities, sales and business…Description: Implement an extended sales force team to sales growth and channel capillarity planning.
Objective: increase sales volume enhacing model of attention to partners with regionalized field sales team;
Responsibilities:
- Definition of the project scope, choice of supplier, approval and control of the budget, control the execution schedule;

- Definition of sales target and compensation model;
- Definition of metrics for monitoring and measuring of the project: service level acomplished, deal generated and sales volume, identifying new partners, development partners, partner satisfaction.

Telesales (callcenter)
Objective: increase sales to the end customer (SOHO) through e-commerce and corporate client (SMB) by generating opportunities for Business Partner (reseller).
Responsibilities:
- Definition of the project scope, choice and development provider, recruiting telesales operators, budget control, approach processes and control points;
- Definition of engagement rules for Business Partner, service levels and sales performance;
- Definition of sales targets and staff compensation model;…Objective: increase sales to the end customer (SOHO) through e-commerce and corporate client (SMB) by generating opportunities for Business Partner (reseller).
Responsibilities:
- Definition of the project scope, choice and development provider, recruiting telesales operators, budget control, approach processes and control points;
- Definition of engagement rules for Business Partner, service levels and sales performance;
- Definition of sales targets and staff compensation model; creation of sales incentive campaigns.

Deal Registration Program
Objective: increase sales volume and channel breadth creating a unique deal registration policy for the internal and external sales team through an online system.
Responsibilities:
- Definition of the project scope, deal registration policies and conflict deals;
- Definition of the compensation model;
- Tool management, deals management (approval, rejection) and conflicts, statistical analysis of the use of policy, win rate tax etc. -

Description: regional (Latin America) loyalty program to sales team of Channel Partners - earn points and exchange them for prizes.
