    The project was unique due to its nationwide effort, engaging multiple stakeholders and teams to address the highly complex ECR (TEF) ecosystem, marked by the lack of centralized information, unregulated stakeholders, and structural challenges affecting terminal efficiency in a country with continental dimensions (+7 acquirers, +7 TEF Houses, +5.000 Software Houses and >1.2MM ECR/ TEF terminals). A key highlight was the…

    The project was unique due to its nationwide effort, engaging multiple stakeholders and teams to address the highly complex ECR (TEF) ecosystem, marked by the lack of centralized information, unregulated stakeholders, and structural challenges affecting terminal efficiency in a country with continental dimensions (+7 acquirers, +7 TEF Houses, +5.000 Software Houses and >1.2MM ECR/ TEF terminals). A key highlight was the ambitious 3-month DMC internal pilot, involving 56 employees, 90 merchants, and 1,500 tests. This pilot enabled strategic field execution, identified and addressed errors, prioritized merchant engagement, and activated the troubleshooting process and the end result further than updating the country’s retail network was unlocking massive cards issuance

    O ecossistema de pagamentos instantâneos brasileiro deve ser capaz de endereçar qualquer tipo de pagamento. Isso inclui pagamentos de pequenos, médios e altos valores para os seguintes casos (mas não limitados a eles):
     P2P (person to person): pagamentos entre indivíduos; pagamentos para relacionamentos de troca entre pessoas físicas, incluindo vendas e prestação de serviços;
     P2B (person to business): comércio e serviços em geral no ponto de venda ou no comércio eletrônico; pagamento de contas;
    - B2B (business to business): pagamentos entre pessoas jurídicas, em geral;
    - B2P (business to person): pagamento de salários; seguros;
    - P2G (person to government): pagamento de impostos e taxas, em geral;
    - G2P (government to person): pagamento de salários; benefícios sociais

    This was a challenging project as it meant bringing to market a new value proposition from a recently acquired company, adapting the product to very specific Brazilian market caracteristics but also because it had a long sales cycle and an enchanced complexity level from the…

    Payment Gateways are the underpinning of E-commerce today as they allow for the payment on the ecommerce transaction to really happen in a safe and convenient way to consumers, merchants, issuing banks and acquirers.
    This was a challenging project as it meant bringing to market a new value proposition from a recently acquired company, adapting the product to very specific Brazilian market caracteristics but also because it had a long sales cycle and an enchanced complexity level from the multitude of nacionalities, languages, geographic regions, time zones, cultures and people involved.
    Getting a deal signed was a challenge itself but implementing and launching the project was extremelly satisfying as it cristalized a great team work that is constantly evolving.
    I'm positive e-Rede powered by DataCash will be a winner in the Brazilian marketplace
