    At this project I managed the software development team and also played the role of Staffing Manager for people allocated at the client.
    Since 2014 we worked with both Fixed Price and Times & Materials with a team that varied in size between 11 and 35 people.

    This team works in different types of projects like new application development, software maintenance and enhancements, level 3 and daily operations .

    Main Responsibilities: Manage development team working from company site and teams working on site at the client. Management of Risks and Budget are also part of my responsibilities.
    Also responsible for status reporting in operational level and in executive level.

  • Project Manager at Software Development project for a Digital Certificate Seller

    Description of the Project: At this project we had to implement an anti-fraud application according to the standards defined by the regulator in Brazil. We implemented the project with a 6 people team using mainly Java and Jquery.

    Main Responsibilities: Management of a 6 people team. Risk detection and follow-up, definition of costs and schedule, communication with stakeholders and change request negotiation.
