🔍 What We’re Looking For

We’re scouting highly skilled professionals across a range of AI-related roles, including:

  • Machine Learning Engineers
  • AI/ML Researchers
  • LLM & Prompt Engineers
  • Data Scientists (AI-focused)
  • MLOps Engineers
  • Computer Vision Specialists
  • NLP Engineers
  • Generative AI Engineers
  • AI Product Managers

✅ Must-Haves

  • Advanced English (written and spoken) – You’ll be working directly with U.S. clients.
  • Proven experience in AI-focused roles – Ideally 3+ years working in applied AI, ML, or research.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.)
  • Experience building or fine-tuning models (LLMs, transformers, etc.)
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

🚀 Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Contributions to open-source AI projects
  • Research publications or patents in the AI/ML space
  • Experience with MLOps and deploying models to production
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • Background in startup environments or product development
