Someone who is self-driven, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational and analytical tasks and wants to develop their career in the marketing and advertising industry. What you'll do Manage and follow up on client requests, showing autonomy throughout the entire process. Act as a liaison between the client and the creative team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects. Identify client needs and proactively suggest improvements to optimize workflows. Perform a mix of operational and analytical tasks, including analysis of social media and Google performance metrics. What you'll need 2 to 3 years of experience in a media or creative agency. Educational background in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or Digital Marketing. Strong analytical skills and an interest in performance-oriented roles. Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset. Methodical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Analytical mindset to understand campaign performance and confidently communicate results to clients.
