Your day at NTT DATA

The HR has basic istration experience and is required to learn the skills required to all aspects of human resources operations.

This role s the execution of task such as (but not limited to) employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits istration, recruitment, employee records maintenance, and HR policy implementation.

The HR has a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a strong willingness and commitment to understand relevant HR regulations to successfully contribute to maintaining a compliant and efficient HR department.

What You'll Be Doing

En nuestro equipo de People & Culture, estamos buscando un/a Asistente de Recursos Humanos que se sume a nuestro desafío de optimizar procesos y apoyar la operación diaria en distintas plataformas clave.

Principales Responsabilidades:

• Crear nuevos s en Workday y mantener la plataforma al día.
• Gestionar dentro de los plazos establecidos los ticket de Chile y México para ser procesados en Workday.
• Crear nuevos s en ERP Oracle Cloud y mantener la plataforma al día.
• Crear y gestionar RQ en ERP Oracle Cloud para el área de People & Culture.
• Gestión de venta de equipos con cliente interno, siendo el interlocutor valido entre la compañía, el operador telefónico y el cliente interno.
• Actualizar mensualmente el SharePoint de People & Culture con el catalogo de las ofertas telefónicas.
  
  

Lo que esperamos de ti:

• Habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo, empatía y agilidad para hacer que las cosas pasen.
• Experiencia previa en roles de soporte o istración en RRHH.
• Conocimiento en plataformas como Workday, Oracle Cloud o sistemas ERP (deseable).
• Organización, proactividad y excelente manejo del tiempo.
• Dominio intermedio/avanzado de Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
