Business Controller

For our istration and Finance department in Chile, we are looking for a young and motivated Business Controller who is eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment. This role will report directly to the Group CFO and the Subsidiary General Manager, playing a key part in ensuring accurate financial management, reporting, and control in alignment with Group standards.

🎯 Job Objective

Ensure accurate recording, analysis, and control of the company’s financial and ing information, in compliance with Group ing principles, and provide reliable financial data to strategic decision-making.

📌 Main Responsibilities

• Help to record and supervise all ing operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• the preparation and monitoring of the company budget.
• Implement and maintain effective financial and ing controls.
• Keep ing records up to date in the systems used.
• Prepare financial reports required by management or external entities.

📚 Job Requirements

• Professional degree in Auditor ing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an auditing firm (ideally in a Big 4), with the desire to move into a corporate environment.
• Solid knowledge of Chilean GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with ing software.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent in English.
